I have had sessions with therapists outside of this company, many years ago, bit it has really only been through my experiences with Sol Mental Health that I have been able to feel like I have been able to truly start experiencing positive changes.
I just moved to Denver and have been looking for a new psychiatrist. I made an appointment with Chantelle Erickson at Sol Mental Health in Cherry Creek about 2 months in advance. When I finally had my appointment with her, we went through an entire hour of questioning only for her to tell me she needs to see me for another session to finish up the questioning with her before she could make a plan. BEWARE- You might as well throw your money in the trash. money grab. You can't get your prescriptions, but will be hounded to pay upfront for a followup for said perscription. I have rescheduled 3 times now to discuss a medication that I still dont have. Today marks 28 days of waiting for a pre autherization form that I was told to be patient for. Please read all the reviews for this place before you book any mental health services with them. I came to Sol for medication management with one of their psychiatrists for an existing diagnoses I had. The experience with the provider was far below average as he would defer to me far too much for the path of treatment when I am clearly coming to him hoping to leverage his expertise to find a medication and dosage that worked for me.
