I've been working with James at Sol for months, now, and he's helping me work through things I did not even know I needed to work through. Highly recommended! Sol Mental Health makes it easy to find a therapist. You can meet virtually or in person, which is great for my busy schedule. They are also easy to work with when it comes to appointment scheduling.

The SOL facility is nice and welcoming and I have never had a problem with the front desk or any one else. Would absolutely recommend.
