Providers are AMAZING but the front desk person Jay or Jae with the red hair is always rude to everyone who walks through the door . I unfortunately will be Changing providers soon due to this inconvenience. She treats patients like they are an inconvenience to her. Get a job you enjoy because you’re ruining this office morale.

I waited two months for a new patient appointment, at the time of my appointment. I was really sick and couldn’t go. I had to reschedule and they only had another month out but Was hoping that they could get me in sooner since I had waited so long and it just was wrong timing. They couldn’t do anything and sent me to a different doctor than I originally wanted. The New appointment came up and I was seven minutes late and they said they couldn’t see me.
