I waited two months for a new patient appointment, at the time of my appointment. I was really sick and couldn’t go. I had to reschedule and they only had another month out but Was hoping that they could get me in sooner since I had waited so long and it just was wrong timing. Dr. O'Kelley provides excellent and comprehensive medical care. the office and support staff at New West are very helpful. I would recommend Dr. O'Kelley and the staff at New West without reservation. I have recently moved to El Paso Texas. I am looking into getting care from Well Med which is also an Optum company.
