Great experience in a confusing medical world – I've been getting sick more often than usual, My Mom recommended Dr. K. She is amazing. We are working on getting me healthy again. She really knows her medicine. I just love this doctor. I know she will get things straightened out. My insurance is hard to figure out but the reception folks and a billing person have helped sort through it. Okay Doctor, BAD OFFICE STAFF – Dr. Ingram was an okay doctor, but the office staff is terrible. They make you come 15 minutes early only to wait 30 minutes after your appointment time, they ignore you when you walk in and they are just rude. The office was also a far drive. I recently found another doctor much closer to me whose office staff is the complete opposite of CCFP. Dr. Ingram is nice, but her staff made me switch. I'm glad I made the switch to my new doctor.
Good doctor, Horrible staff/billing department – Dr. Kreutter has been a good doctor. However, like all of the other people writing negative reviews, I have had a very bad experience when working with any of the other staff members. Trying to get a prescription filled is like pulling teeth. I leave messages for the Dr./Assistant and they don't return them. The billing department doesn't bill correctly and won't fix it when they mess it up. I would not recommend this clinic due to how the office is run, it will do nothing but... read more
great place... – I was a new patient today and the staff was friendly, dr.johnson was easy to talk to and understanding. Urine tests came back while I was still there. I showed up early and was helped early.... no problems at all.
I'm coming back – My husband and I have seen Dr Kreutter for many years, him regularly and me only occassionally--I like Dr. Kreutter, but I'm pretty healthy and not a fan of doctors in general. The last time I was in it had been so long since my last visit that they'd put my file in storage (at least 5 years)--and yet Dr. Kreutter remembered my last visit, my kids' ages, when my husband finished school, etc. etc. She has always taken the time to answer my questions, shows concern about my issues, and is VERY thorough. Great Doctor, Horrible office – The first time I scheduled a visit with Doctor Krueter I was very impressed with her bedside manner. She spent an hour with me getting to know me, and making sure I was content with the information she provided me with. And everytime I have been in to see Doctor Krueter I have been very happy. HOWEVER the Office Staff is terrible. I have never been treated so poorly on the phone by a doctors office. I had to call them 3 times to get them to call in a perscription to a pharmacy. These folks are the best – Always welcoming me, and they take good care of my health issues, and if I need a certain test they explain why. I have recommended them to my friends and family. Always a good experience and their prices are very reasonable.
Very good Family Practice – We love this office. Our family has been coming here from before they moved. We love it and the providers are very good at what they do. My daughter got married and is bringing her husband here now, maybe a baby pretty soon as well.
Very caring family medicine clinic – I am always treated with dignity, they listen to my problems and work to fix my issues. I am very satisfied with these providers and the treatemnt they give. You are not just another patient at this place, you are a friend.
