Cherry Creek Duplexes and its manager and staff have been always so very helpful. I'm so glad that they are there because Jennifer and Miguel are just the best when it comes to taking care of us.
We've been here for about two years now and let me just say, this has been the best place we have ever rented from. Jennifer is quick to answer my emails and the staff is always professional and friendly. The few times I have needed maintenance, they are here the same day or the very next day. I feel like I know what's going on in my neighborhood thanks to the communication and my neighbors are awesome.
The office will NOT call you back. I have been trying to get information on the duplexes for over two months now and they will not return a single phone call. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
