After my recent cleaning the hygenist said my teeth looked good and you decided not to take a look based on her input. Hopefully It was my error in not asking you to take a look none the less.
Pleasant atmopshere in a usually stressful situation for me. Highly trained staff.
NEVER HAD A DENTIST TAKE THE TIME TO GO OVER EVERYTHING IN SO MUCH DETAIL WITHOUT SEEMING TO HAVE TO RUSH OUT OF THERE. I REALLY FELT LIKE I WAS IMPORTANT. THANK YOU AND I WILL BE REFERRING PEOPLE TO YOU.

Being a teacher, my schedule really limits when I can come in. I so appreciate Tammy keeping me in mind when openings arise at times that fit my schedule. Everyone in the office is always so pleasant and the work such high quality, I am always pleased when I leave.
I don't feel comfortable offering feedback unless ONLY Dr. Olinga or Dr. John sees the feedback. If anyone else in your office sees it, there could be gossip and "that patient <insert name of patient here> is a complainer ..." How do I know where this survey goes or who is reading it?
