The cleaning, exam, antibacterial and fluoride treatments were spot on...professional, needed, and explained.

I have had some very bad experiences with dentists/dental procedures in the past but needed to have surgery. I interviewed with three different dental practices and found that Dr.John and Dr. Olinga were very patient and understanding and knowledgeable; they explained everything to me in detail and I had a very good experience with the surgery. I am recommending them to my family and friends!!

The whole team, Dr's John and Olinga, Dan and Tammy were always in sync. Every step was explained, with gentleness in mind. The outcome was a dream come true.
Linda is nice. However, in my opinion with years of dental cleanings ..she is a bit rough when scraping the teeth. I also am not a fan of the lazer jet with water as I am always having the automatic reflex where I feel like throwing up. The end product was fine as my teeth were clean and stains removed.
I have found these qualities consistently in every visit I've had with Dr's John and Olinga Hargreaves, no matter how simple or complex the procedures I need to have performed. I know I can expect the same treatment every time along with insightful education and have seen and heard other patients treated the same way by not only the doctors, but their entire staff.
