Dena is one of those amazing therapists who is both personable and professional at the same time. She's easy to talk to like a friend but she knows exactly how to respond to help you work through everything that life has thrown at you. She's helped me with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma from my past and has guided me towards healing and hope for my future.
