My husband and I rented from Cherry City for over three years. Lauren and Irina are a wonderful team who work hard to make sure their tenants are happy. We had the opportunity to rent from the property owner directly as he parted ways with Cherry City, but chose to stick with people we know were on our side! The benefit of a property management company is that all emergent and even most non-emergent problems (blow a fuse, tub is leaking, roofing compromised) results in same or next day fixes. Fantastic company to rent from!
Rented a home for over 5 years, repairs were never made, evicted, while in the middle of a lease. Treated very poorly. Homeless dogs are treated better then our family. Rent always paid on time and early. Not a trustworthy company, deceitfulness RENTERS BEWARE!!!
An amazing company that takes care of their owners and tenants with great consideration! Clearly any negative reviews I have read here have been written by people without a clue!
