Google really needs a “no-star” review option, because this business doesn’t deserve one. I called to order a part and was met with extremely rude behavior. The first person hung up on me outright. The second person reluctantly spoke with me, put me on hold, and then hung up as well, and thereafter refused to take my calls from my number. Based on this experience, it’s hard to tell whether this company is legitimately operating or if it’s simply a front.
I LOVE Grant!!! He is the best and always helps me and locates parts when I need it. He always goes above and beyond to try to help me the most. Thank you for all your hard work always locating parts for me
