Huh DONT DO IT!!!!! I had to fight for ANY MAINTENANCE lived there 2 years then they wouldn’t give me back my full deposit just a straight SCAM!!!!! Pool is very dirty too to the point I used it twice if I could give 0 star I would have!!!! All the manager does is smoke all day on the balcony GROSS!!!!! Unprofessional AF
We live here a few years ago and it have been our first time an apartment in over 30 years, nice, clean and quiet.. I would recommend it.
Old, moldy, trashy. Been here 6 years. It's gotten worse every year. Time to move! This has absolutely nothing to do with any rules or regulations. The decline is obvious.
I've been living at Cherokee village Apts for about 8 years now. We recently have gotten new management who is making many new improvements, I have a spacious 2 bedroom apt that has been updated. Maintenance calls are resolved and handled very quickly. The complex itself is set back away from traffic and the main road, which makes it quiet most of the time.
