Great service, wonderful people. Quick and reasonable.
Met Noel 20 or so years ago while working at vinton supply co. Since then the company has helped us out at two different properties,from the ice storm of 2007 to buying a new home that needed asessed and worked on,to our latest storm damage. We have always been given a fair and accurate quote,explanation of viable options and prompt professional service. Sara in the office,taylor coming out to estimate the job and the entire crew,thank you. (We dont call around,we would have nobody else on our property.
The two man crew who arrived listened and then performed the trimming to our satisfaction. They were very nice and polite young men and cleaned up the yard when they finished. Service done on 6/15/26.
Was recommended to call Cherokee. Called on Friday afternoon and asked if someone could come by and take a look at my Sugar Maple as it had the top branches blown out of it on Wednesday or Thursday with the heavy winds. Need to get it cleaned up and have the wound cut out. Spoke with someone who sounded nice and capable. She said she could not get anyone out that day, which I totally understood, but stated she would have someone come by Monday. Nobody showed up. Guess they had bigger more important jobs, which I get. I only use Cherokee Tree and have had them several times for tree pruning, removing portions of damaged trees and removal of several trees around my house. Their work is excellent every time. And I trust them to be fair and honest in their business ethics. They show up when scheduled, and do a great job. I had two trees next to my house pruned last week and had dead branches removed.
