the ladies in the office have the most positive and cheerful attitudes. idk what they make but they deserve a raise . very helpful and nice. good affordable storage and conveniently located

Cherokee Self Storage is lucky to have someone as knowledgeable and friendly as Carol helping customers fill their storage needs. She showed me what spaces were available, explained all the procedures, made sure I got all the discounts I qualified for, and handled the leasing details quickly and promptly.
Had a unit here for a few years. The units are standard, my items were basically protected but had some rust and moisture issues on some items. The people are Friendly and great to work with.
I am a Condo owner, and I have had a storage unit at this location for (12) years. The property was recently sold and now under new ownership. In 2021, the price increase was so high you're now paying for (13) months of storage spread across a (12) month period. In 2022, the price increase was smaller, however in addition to the price increase, they've now added a $14.00 per month mandatory "Insurance" fee.
