RecommendedWanted to thank the E.R staff for being prompt and so professional during our scary visit last night. The nurse that took care of us was very kind and helpful. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Very pleased with our visit. They took very good care of our 10 month old.
I wanted to express my sincere appreciation to the Emergency Department employees who recently cared for my family member. Cherokee County is so fortunate to have top notch employees and a great medical facility. I would especially like to recognize Becky Smith and Dr. Barton Perry. Great hospital with awesome employees.
Took my husband in a possible heart attack, stood at the sign in window probably 6 or 7 minutes with the nurse sitting there reading a book and totally ignoring us. Finally another nurse I assume took us to the back, they dug in a vein three different times on the top of his hand, never getting it in. He told them his veins rolled and the bookworm just kept stating the nurse trying to put an iv in was the best sticker around. Ha. Seemed more concerned that he had drank a few beers that evening. Waited three hours for nothing . .. ..............
Had a minor surgical procedure at Floyd-Cherokee today and the experience was positive in every way.
I wanted to thank the Surgery Nurses team on March 8th for taking care of me during my gall bladder surgery. I had excellent care.
We had to bring my mother in law in to be treated last night, the staff was right on!!!! They got us back quickly and everyone hear was very kind and caring.
