I have been with Cherokee for 20+ years and loved them but since they switched to river valley I have had a terrible time getting my diabetic supplies. I have been out for 3 weeks and still haven't received them. My prior approval was sent in and they let it expire now I'm back to square one. I think they have lost their concern for the patients.
We called to get information about autism therapy n Terry the receptionist was extremely rude n unprofessional. She even went as far as to laugh at my husband when he asked to clarify what cognitive therapy was. Terry acted as if we interrupted her day n that it was an inconvenience for her to provide any assistance. We r waiting on a return call from the supervisor now to file a complaint.
Dr. Warden and Dr. Silva are amazing! Medical staff and front office are amazing!!!!!
Dr. Alan Jordan the dentist at the Talbott location is top notch. I could not find a listing for him on Google to leave him a personal review, so I will leave it here. I was told by Simple Dental that my teeth could not be filled. I was refered to someone in Newport for expensive restorative surgery. That was around 10 years ago. Here I am after all that time with my teeth worse than they were. I got in to see Dr Jordan and he said that filling my teeth was not a problem. He has filled 2 of my teeth without any issues.
