I came across a 2017 Ford Explorer with 77k+ miles online listed at 23,777. The online description said it was a CPO vehicle that came with a Comprehensive limited warranty, powertrain warranty, roadside assistance, and rental allowance. Went to the dealership to test drive. found me a car from another dealer with the options i wanted. price was ok but took a long time to get paperwork done nice people. mechanics switched over my cb radio for free so that was good
Shady business practices they're offering vehicles for sale at a certain price. And then telling you they don't have all the options for that vehicle added into that price when you get in to make the deal. Very misleading in unethical

They WASTED my time ,pulled my credit score down,because they sold the car that I was approved on before I got there,told salesman I would be there next morning to take delivery,He text evening before and said car sold.....BELIEVE me I got better things to do than to go to dealers that run my credit with 25 banks and pull my credit score down then sell car be for you get there......BAD BUSINESS....

My good friend, mother of two, school bus driver, owns a late model Ford Explorer. Her son spilled a coke into the USB port and it stopped working. On a limited budget, she stops at Angela Krause "family" Ford service department and asks how much would it cost to repair. The service writer says $135 "diagnostic fee" and assures her the diagnostic fee is applicable to the repair if she chooses to have it fixed.
