Pulled my credit without my permission. This was also done on a cash deal and was not necessary. Dealership was brought a BANK check. Asked to put $5000 on a credit card. This would be a $150 cost to the dealership at 3%. Also not necessary because I was not taking delivery on the vehicle. Waited awhile for finance to complete paperwork. Also had to wait for copies on a return to the dealership. I felt this could have been done prior to my arrival. Greg (Sales) was great.
Had I come back because my rear wiper did not work. Is was resolved after returning

All the people were very welcoming friendly kept me up-to-date. What was going on asked me about services that we still needed and if I wanted to do them before they did them price was very reasonable.
