Really a disappointment. I needed an oil change and after an hour that’s all I got. I had an appointment and didn’t expect it to take an hour to change the oil. I didn’t get an inspection report, complementary car wash or window sticker to remind me of the next service. The area is dated with worn furniture and the coffee was pretty stale late afternoon. Need to look at the service department at Nissan of Cumming for improvement. This is where I bought my last Rogue and they are heads and shoulders above what I experienced.

We enjoyed another great vehicle purchase experience at Ufring Nissan. All employees are the best! They are genuinely friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable.
Salespeople were very helpful, not pushy and very friendly. We went in to look on Saturday and left with the car on Monday.

Our sales rep, Angel, made the experience the closest thing to enjoyable as one can get going to a dealership. I hate to go to a dealership. In this case, Angel and I agreed on the price, through email, of the Rogue before I came in. Test driving the Rogue was great. Then came the initial paper showing the price. I was pleasantly surprised the numbers matched to what we agreed to from the email. Then the finance group came through with the 0% interest rate for 5 years. Great Job to the people at Trophy Nissan.
