Friendly, attentive, great experience compared to other dealers I have visited. I was met outside as soon as I drove up. Other dealers didn't even acknowledge I was there. Meeting and greeting is important, you don't have to pressure listening to needs is important. I was listened to and happy with my experience. Warren was great!
