Thought dealership was very clean and professional. Wait time for Rob was a little too long.

Amanda did an excellent job of going back into my maintenance log to get my maintenance history with Southern Nissan.
I needed a new key fob. Part wasn’t available. I spend fall and winter in AL. I got what I need in Gulf Shores.

I scheduled an oil change/tire rotation for my 2024 Nissan Titan online. The process was fast and easy. I pulled into the service area at the scheduled time and was met immediately by Mak Dean, my service advisor. He took down my information on his tablet, asked for my key, and showed me to the waiting area. My truck was taken in quickly to the service area. Clean accommodating had the right vehicle at the right price for my budget and needs!
I had my oil change and tires rotated however they did not fill the back wheels to the correct level of air so I had to take it home and even up my back and front wheels with the home pump. Everything felt very rushed even though it took me an hour and 15 minutes to get it all done however when it was done it was all fine. Go take good care of you there at the dealership thank you guys. Just check your tire pressure before you leave.
