I brought my car in for the tire sensors. My car was finished quickly and even the screens were reset properly. My car was also returned immaculately clean!
This dealership was good service, I did not spent too much time in there. It good work.
I've been a customer of Lia Nissan of Colonie for many years. Bryan Casey was my service representative at my last visit. He was very informative, courteous, knowledgeable. Bryan answered all my questions and let me review the information on the tablet at his counter indicating what was to be done. I gave my authorization and was escorted to the waiting area which is very comfortable and has many choices of beverages and snacks for you while you're waiting. Always a pleasure dealing with this dealership!

Service representative was attentive and good with providing accurate information. The service took longer then usual. Not all of my issues were addressed. Will have to return at a later date to get remaining issues corrected.
