I was looking for a pre owned vehicle online....searching and talking to alot of dealers. The guys at Cherner were so helpful and polite. From the moment we stepped on the lot, we were greeted with friendly faces. Steve was very helpful and gave us plenty of information about the vehicle we were interested in as well as the history of the business itself. We felt very comfortable with the honesty of the company. Although the vehicle was a little outside of our budget, they were very accommodating and followed up with us. We really appreciated working with Cherner Brothers!
I don't usually write reviews, but our experience with John and Steve at Cherner Brothers was so good it merits an exception. After several shady experiences elsewhere, we found a great car there - and were in and out with all the paperwork done in less time than it takes to check out at a supermarket. We're looking forward to buying and selling all our future cars here.
