How disappointing to be at your place of business 10 minutes before closing today to find the door locked and you letting other customers inside. I called yesterday about your cookie decorating kits and was told you would be open till 12pm.

We had the best Batman cake for our son's 4th birthday! Flavor and design were great!
Very disappointed in cheris bakery I’ve been getting cakes from this place for 6 years and today I go to pick up a cake(keep in mind my pick up time was for 2:30) get there just find they are closed didn’t receive a call or anything stating they will close early today never giving them my business again!
