Solid no and sad to say end like this bc i liked her the last 1 or 2 encounters. I Arrived at my appt (mind u 1.5hrs drive ONE WAY).....once I noticed approx 30 mins went by i went and checked in again...was told her nurse had an emergency why they was running behind but calling me soon. I also had another very important appt and was going to miss it which I couldn't reschedule so had to leave after seeing the nurse for vitals etc..waiting on the doctor.. nurse acted unbothered and front very rude and ghetto (especially the ... read more
I'm going to miss Cherika! I moved out of state, otherwise I would still be seeing her. She never made me feel ignored or unheard in the medical setting and she's very friendly and personable, as well as her nurse. The front desk staff at Springview Lane has always been very friendly. I highly recommend.
