Edit (Oct 2021): Unfortunately, Dr. Hawkins has left her practice. When I was trying to decide on a new PCP after moving to Peoria, I kept coming back to Dr. Hawkins, so I selected her. I am so glad I did, as she is a wonderful caregiver! She is easy to talk to and will take the time necessary to ensure you have complete information. I feel she is empathetic and really listens. This office is Awesome. The staff is the Best. I haven't had any problems.

I'm very picky about my healthcare providers and do as much research as I can before seeing anyone. It's too easy to end up with someone that just treats you like another number. That said, I picked Dr. Hawkins was so happy to visit her office. From the moment I arrived, Teresa at the front desk greeted me with a smile.
