My 86 year old mother is a patient of Dr Bennett. I'm a 62 year-old hospital RN that lives in MI. I attend appts with mom. She is invested in her patients. I wish I could find a a physician that cares as much as she does in the large area I live in. Dr Bennett looks at the whole picture. She performs an excellent history and physical, makes physician referrals, draws labs and adjusts mom's medications as needed. Mom trusts and listens to her. Attending appointments with elderly family members, this doctor is not realistic in her recommendations or treatment options. She provides no clear treatment options after serious diagnoses and sends you home with handwritten, barely legible, notes summarizing the visits. I would encourage others to get a second opinion.
Very good doctor. Answered all my questions and showed concern about them. Appointment on time and she took as long as needed for me to feel comfortable.
She is very detached from her patients. No one I her office except maybe the girls who answer the phone shoe any interest or compassion
