Cheri Nice was flawless. I interviewed 5 agents to sell my condominium. Cheri stood out and did not disappoint through out the entire sales process. Her capstone moment was adeptly rescinding a below asking price in-process purchase agreement and landing me a replacement agreement that closed for $5000 over listing price.
