Very unprofessional as well as short and rude. A routine check that should not of taken as long as it did. I will be finding another professional that is courteous, thoughtful and manages time more effectively.
Scheduling the appt was time consuming and even after confirming appt I received numerous email reminders about my appt. 5 in total with a 5 day window. She was 30 minutes late, which happens, but no apology or acknowledgment was offered. Felt she was very worried about how she was going to bill me so she could generate her revenue vs actually focusing on what my needs were. A simple wellness check with blood work became so complicated. Not impressed and wanted to share for others.
