I had an incredible experience at Chen's Oriental Massage. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Walked into this establishment and inquired about a 90 massage and the staff member said she only had a slot for 30 minutes. I took up the slot, and as she started massaging my foot, she said it was $60. After the massage was completed I noticed the menu show $80 for one hour. I asked why am I charged $60 for 30 minutes when it should really be a charge of $40. She ignored me and pretended to not understand me. Love this place. Got the couples massage, and the ladies did a great job on us. I like a really strong massage, and my wife likes something a little softer and we got exactly what we wanted/needed. Definitely going back
I am given this business a one-star. We booked our appointment with the owner. I expressed to her we needed a good massage therapist....which she assured us. We pay extra for massage oil, stones and facial mask. My massage therapist was very mild barely touching. She put stones only on my left leg and back but not on right leg so there was no consistency.
