I reached out to Kianna Chennault for assistance, concerned that I may have signed incorrect paperwork following my recent termination. My previous employer offered severance; however, since I was not eligible for unemployment benefits, I needed to ensure I received the maximum possible compensation. Kianna provided clear guidance and communication that I was able to present during my exit interview, which ultimately worked out in my favor.
DO NOT HIRE this attorney! She does not communicate and will be passive aggressive and ignore you when you ask questions about your case and gaslight you. She drags her feet on completing tasks. I retained Attorney Kianna in October of 2025 and didn't get a follow up until January of 2026. Awful and super unprofessional. I called her, sent texts, and emails giving her weeks to a month to respond.
