Summary: Service was just pathetic at the new location. They ruined the quality at the new place . Waiters are mannerless and rude. We visited this place today and had horrible experience . We are not asked for water first. My husband got uttapam which was half cooked. I didn't get sambhar for my dosa. At the end one of the waiter named Ahmed yelled at us and misbehaved. We talked to owner but even she couldn't help give us any satisfactory answer.
We love this place... we go there regularly... when we talk about eating outside, even my kids say lets go to Chennai cafe.

The food was very good and Graha was an excellent hostess!! Graha made our meal very special.
