Food is avg. Service is okay
I am a frequent visitor to Chennai cafe at Rogers and the food is very good and more over the service is super good. I tried their buffet last Sunday and it was really good. This restaurant gives me a feel as if I were having food from my home town. I am not sure why there were too many bad reviews. I highly recommend this restaurant to all. Don't miss

Awesome food.. To-go place for authentic South Indian recipes.. Reminds me of my good old days back home.. I would not mind waiting, when it comes to treating the taste buds with my favorite dishes..
Excellent food and service....After long time we have tasted nice food in bentonville....
Went for lunch. Was promptly seated. Ordered Ambur Biriyani. Arrived on time. Tasted divine. Very moderately priced. Left feeling great that there's finally a good 'a'la carte only' restaurant in the area. Whats not to like? 5 stars, and I'll be back for dinner. :)
We had a very worst experience with this restaurant.We have waited for about an hour for the food which is unacceptable.Hopefully the service will be improved over the period.I had to give 1 star in order to post this rating otherwise i wouldn't have gave 1 star .
Went on opening day. Litlle Crowded, but the amazing food more than made up for it. Yes we had to wait a bit but the biriyani was amazing. I can see why the fellow reviewers are so miffed about not getting to taste the biriyani. :) Went again on the night. Glad to see the quality consistent. Best Indian Food in the Rogers/Bentonville Area. Period.
Well! Went on the opening day on 3/26. We have been proudly told there is no biriyani - only option is to order Thali on GRAND OPENING DAY. We ordered Thalis for 8 of us and our long waiting time stated ... after waiting 20 mints, we saw biriyani is being served to customers who ordered after we did! Asked how/why - no proper answer. Asked how long would it take to serve our food - they lied again : 5 more mints. Waited till 40 mints and then had to come out. Worst experience ever in a restaurant.
