Dr. Cheng-Robles, was my mother's primary care physician for several years. It's unfortunate when people in the medical field are not consistent with their care. Patients suffer as a result and my 83 year old mother came close to dying in a hospital from pneumonia because this doctor failed when he chose to prescribe medication to my mother without examining her. Had he been more pro-active, he would've seen the severity of her condition and ordered a cat scan.
