One of the worstttt Receptionist in the world. I don’t know why she is still hired. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. Everytime I go she is extremely unwelcoming towards everyone like she HATES her job which she actually does. The doctors are great but her behaviour towards patients and emergency is not acceptable at all. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bai Cheng for almost 18 years, and he is undoubtedly one of the best doctors I’ve encountered. His clinic operates seamlessly, thanks to the exceptional work of the receptionist, who upholds the high standards set by Dr. Cheng and Dr. Lai Medical Centre.
