I have been a patient for almost 2 decades and even with moving to the durham region, I have always kept Dr. Cheng as my family doctor. He is caring and reliable, which is very hard to find these days. The main receptionist Hema is wonderful! She always has a great mannerism when answering my calls and is extremely helpful resolving any issues I have. She is definitely the best medical receptionist I have ever dealt with. I am very grateful for this clinic and look forward to being a patient for many more years.
