Dr. Du is dismissive with his patients and his office staff is horrible. He told my husband he was fine and there was nothing he could do for him. Two weeks later his office called and wanted to schedule a MRI. My husband told her Dr. Du told him he was fine and she told my husband "It sounds like you are confused."
Not pleased. Du said he was going to be a "team" with my other neuro Dr. I got passed off to his NP. They've seen me at least 4 times for the exact same thing and still won't provide treatment, telling me "insurance won't cover that". I've spoken with insurance several times and they DO. Du requested documents from other drs which I did provide & still didn't get anywhere with them. The other neuro Dr sent them notes months ago & they never read them or called me to discuss.
