A year into this and we are experiencing incompetence here.
Horrible customer service. I was charged for missed appointment. I called and no one answered. The appointment was scheduled for 10/09/23 (Columbus Day). They were closed. So I left voicemail that day explaining I needed to reschedule. No one called back. I just noticed on my bank that I was charged 150.00 for missed appointment. Tried to retify it and I was told it was pass 30 days. I will not continue with this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was worried about using this business to start because I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when I originally tried to make an appointment with them. I should’ve known then. I’ve been going to them for a while and have always been early for my appointments.
