Hannah is amazing
I was discharged after trying new meds that made me have reactions to the side effects no one called back or tried to help really. I was emailed. I cancelled all future appointments DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Piece of crap wish I could give zero stars. Called to cancel my appointment on time and nobody answered and now the therapist refuses to see me like a little tantrum baby. Also I refused to see a APRN because of my medical complications and seeing a trainee would be a waste of my time. MD didn't want to see me either because they didn't think they could help me or some lame excuse. Please go find a different place and don't waste your time here
I had been using them for services for months now. My psychologist was very nice, however, their clinic is not. After returning from out of the country, I went to Urgent Care for illness. They were unable to find the exact illness but due to the foreign state and severity, I was given a note to stay at home until a set date. Chenal Therapy in their greatness deemed that a late cancellation fee (26 hour notice) was in order and that any waiver was denied. Charged $150 for a late fee when ZERO appt confirmation was received. Office tells me it was sent. Never got it. All info on my account was up to date. Will switch to a new psych soon as waitlists are currently full.
