We have gone through three treatments with Dr. Chen from myself to both of my children, and I love his consultative approach to explaining your options and talking through decisions in a clear way with helpful illustrations. His staff are friendly and easy to work with as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I had braces for about 3 years at Chen Orthodontics, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone there was always super nice, patient, and considerate, and they handled everything with so much care. Dr. Chen and his staff are incredible. I’m amazed at how fast my daughter’s teeth moved into place during treatment. Dr Chen’s plan for her was smart and he took great care to answer questions we had along the way. The ladies at the front desk always remember who we are when we walk in and take good care of us. I also really appreciate their interest free payment plan that allowed us to have her entire treatment paid off by the date she got her braces off.
