My mother-in-law was in ICU 4 th floor Blum for 5 1/2 weeks. The staff here is AWESOME! The CICU Doctors, the MICU Doctora and ALL the nursing staff was beyond fantastic! I really mean All the staff. Respiratory, every single staff member was beyond helpful. I don’t know how we would have made it through this without them! I want to thank each and every one!!!
I finally broke down and went to the emergency room after dealing with lower back and abdominal pain for weeks. I was taken back to triage quickly, and the nurses were all kind, but those are the only positive aspects of this hospital. The on call doctor I had the misfortune of dealing with seemed to have a college frat boy mentality, even down to his rather limited vocabulary, which was peppered with four letter words, with an emphasis on those an adolescent boy would use to...Continue Reading
Not happy still very sick @ can’t get anyone to help me !!!!
This place truly doesn't care about the patients without insurance or poor. Never seen such level of health care discrimination. Saw an old man shit himself because your staff truly did not care about his confort. Also saw man screaming in pain because the no one would help him even though he came to a hospital to be helped
What a great hospital with some of the nicest people in the business. They treat you with such kindness and compassion. From the reception, to the nurses then the doctors magnificent all the way around.
We couldn’t be any more grateful for the staff here at Mount Sinai Medical Center. They have provided so much comfort to our family during one of the scariest times in our lives. Their thoroughness and genuine care saved my husband’s life and made sure he had the future he deserves. I cannot express enough how amazing this hospital is. Angels come in all forms.
