My experience at this healthcare facility has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, easily ranking as one of the worst I've encountered. Chen medical center is a joke. The handicap parking is by the street, furthest away from the entrance. They hardly ever answer the phone. I’ve yet to be there and not heard someone coming in complaining about nobody answering the phone. In my opinion, The doctors are too young and inexperienced to be dealing with seniors health. One of the doctors I was seen by told me that he would send the prescription to my pharmacy. He never did. He actually told me that he gets paid whether or not he sees patients. I’m not ... read more
