Chen is the Man!! We wouldn’t go with anyone else for our house buying needs. He sacrificed time to be with us during after hours and drove long distances to see homes with us. He was always punctual and prepared with information and history about the home. He helped us make an educated decision on which home to buy and clued us in to home buying knowledge we wouldn’t have known otherwise.

Selling a house can be daunting but our experience with Chen was seamless. He gave us practical advice for getting the house ready to sell, and was able to work with our complicated timeline (which included a move out of state and an estate sale).
