Dr Chen is super smart, caring, efficient, and explains everything clearly. Absolutely wonderful doctor. One of the best I've ever had.
Please avoid them at all cost. The doctor does not care about the patients and lacks compassion and understanding. The staff are under qualified and incompetent.
Receptionist was so rude, uncaring and apathetic. Definitely, DO NOT recommend.
I am surprised at some of the other reviews. I have found Dr. Jessica Chen's staff to be knowledgeable and hard working. As for Dr. Chen...she is the best! She has helped my parents and me so much. I can't thank her enough.
The doctor is okay, but the front end is very bad, especially that on the billing sides. It was very upsetting. I will never go back again, even if my insurance cover my visit.
