I had a very good experience with Dr, Chen and found her very compatible to the few doctors that performed Mohs surgery on me in the past. She was compassionate and explained what she was about to do and concerned that I did not feel any discomfort during the procedure.
Took my son to see Dr Chen for his acne and eczema after being highly recommended by my PCP.. Worse bedside manners ever! She spoke to us like we weren't in the same room! And she never once touched him and made him feel like he had the plague! Ugh!! None of the meds she prescribed helped. Very disappointing for such a prestigious place.
