We have used ChemTec for probably three or four years now since I freaked out over a huge spider. They have handled issues from spiders to bees nests along roof line and we even started using their lawn service. They are a very responsive company and everyone I've dealt with has always been extremely pleasant. Chem Tec is as always on time and efficient! I get an announcement that they are coming, and that day Derrick is on time. Derrick has been my tech for years and checks what's needed without me having to worry. He always has a pair of little blue booties to keep the hose clean too! Derrick is the best.
As a facilities manager, I know the complexities of pest control. Tech specialist, Willie Duda of ChemTec, knows his craft and always does an outstanding job for us. He quick and effective, let's me know what was done and what needs to be added. No complaints.

Toney P****** was my tech today and he was terrific. He showed me a few spots around the base of the house that should be taken care of so that we continue to keep rodents out this winter!
