Very professional, very kind. Fantastic first impression.
Wow. Called in- I was referred by my primary. Didn't even get a full sentence out. The woman answering the phone was extremely rude for no reason and was a poor communicator... yikes. Get a new job lady. If that is the way you treat people you just met... definitely going somewhere else and letting my primary know not to send other people here.
