On behalf of a neighbour, who I assisted on return of a new lawnmower, the owner Mr. Sweeting was truly amazing in expediting service. Rude ,ignorant staff . Would not recommend to anyone
Bought Beautitone Rust Coat. Followed the instructions precisely. Rust came back 1 week later. Called to return. Brent told me it’s not meant to cover rust. According to the website and paint can it is. Brent belittled me made me feel uncomfortable for trying to return. After a lengthy discussion he conceded and said “Just bring it in then”. When the contractors were unable to meet the job timelines, the team at Chemong Home Hardware went above and beyond by picking up the unused materials and returning them to the store with no hassle.
