I went in there today to fill some water jugs. The cashier, Anna, was not only kind and courteous but she went above and beyond. For me, the older couple on the other side of the counter, and the lady behind me. It was a great start to my day, and I left smiling. Anna offered a carry out with my jugs, Kyle came to the rescue and was just as great as Anna. He even said shes a great coworker, and he enjoys working with her. Great team in there! Thank you
If your looking for a new kitchen or bath see Cathy and Sharon at Chemong in the design gallery. We are absolutely in love with the look and quality of the cabinets and counters. There is so much storage, and it came out exactly how I envisioned it. Sharon helped us match all our colors, counters and vanities so everything coordinated and went together. We are so happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them for any new builds or renovations.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the cashier actually thanked us for shopping with them.
Avoid buying Stihl products from this store. Their customer service is horrible. Unless your product is still under warranty, they are not interested in servicing it. My 6 year old back pack blower needed a new switch and I was told they are only doing warranty work and that their shop was full. This tells me that they are only interested in doing work directly for Stihl ( my guess is at an inflated rate) or the product itself has gone down hill if the shop is full of warranty work. Tried twice to get a siding quote. The first time they took my information and never called me back. The second time the guy was rude and was obviously trying to get rid of me. Go somewhere else if you need home building products
