Got an undercut today (my first, & the most drastic style I’ve done with my hair...ever). Was very pleased with the phone conversation & consult on arrival. I don’t like trusting new people with my hair, but regret nothing. It was a great experience & I’m happy with the results. As a bonus, they were able to donate the hair they cut off.
