Terrible organization, they get a one because there isn’t a zero, which is the amount that they helped us. We waited the appropriate amount of time and the counselor cancelled on us the morning of due to “not being able to take family cases anymore”. After complaining about that and asking for a new counselor, they gave us one that was worthless. Would NOT recommend them at all.
BEWARE OF FRADULENT BILLING!!!! Billing Manager Kim Johnson submits multiple insurance claims for each visit, sends patients billing statements prior to claims being processed by insurance, and refuses to answer the phone!! DO NOT GO HERE.
Dr.Dunlow couldn't even respond to email and the office staff was nonsense mutiple times. Finally done when they canceled my appointment without even talking to me.
Don't go here. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Dr. Dunlow discontinued my medication without my consent and wouldn't return my calls.
Dr.Dunlow is a very understanding doctor of whom really cares I'm greatful to have been a patient of hers I was in a very dark place before from past interactions with other doctors I was hurt ..and I now have restored faith that their are good doctors who really cares and looks at patients as human beings which has been always not so fortunate and been hurt . Thank you for helping me to my next chapter in my life
