I had an issue with my pool steps been very slippery (just painted), after searching for a few days I found the H2O AquaBonder and for me was hard to believe that will work UNDER water, I saw the YouTube video on their Web Page, I was skeptical, however I bought the kit and a couple extra strips, my only comment, WORKS GREAT 100%, the freight/delivery a tiny expensive
It was my first-time ordering and there was a small misunderstanding. Scott from customer service got ahold of me and did an amazing job of getting it straightened out. In this day and age of computers and AI this was a wonderful example of person-to-person customer service. I will definitely be buying more supplies from these guys. They are awesome!!!!!!!!
beware, website states if you place order before 2pm it will ship same day, Looks like its 1:30pm otherwise it wont ship.
