Damaged my property offered me a free year of service for the headache. Then had the stones to call me about a back bill for the when they damaged the property I paid the back Bill and told them I really should just *** you for the damage to the property. They called me back after they took my money and decided they wouldn't service my property. This is fraud I'm sorry it is fraud.

Our manager met with you on site to assess any damage and offered to clean up excess caulking materials. After examining the past timeline of our service visits and materials used, I'm not even certain that we caused any damage. I noticed on another review site that you worked with a different pest control company in 2023. Is it possible that the other company is responsible? In any case, I will still offer to send two technicians out to remove excess material if possible.
They are super professional and they know what are they doing. They take care of my issues and they fallow up. I definitely recommend Chem Wise. The best of the best. Their prices are very good and affordable. ALL their employees are great, but we always ask for ***** and our neighbors too Thank you

Two of Chem-Wise’s employees live next to each other across the street from me. They park their trucks in front of my house and other neighbors’ homes all of the time. It is a real eyesore. It’s like having billboards out in front of your house. It’s all I see every time I look out the front window. Even worse is that these two employees smoke pot inside of the vehicles all the time. I have excellent service 2 times this year for rodent control and insect barrier. The first time Julian came out. Today Kevin was here. EXCELLENT SERVICE each time!!! Neighbor built a fence on the west side of my property illegally and dug holes into and underneath my house causing rats to burrow into my crawl space. Subsequently, I’ve endured awful odors and pestilence filling my home from the bodies of the rodents. CHEMWISE to the rescue and my complaints were remedied! Can not say enough good about Chem-Wise. Live in a 100+ year old house and they keep it vermin-free, and that is not always easy!! All the techs are so friendly, as well as the office staff; all are willing to go the extra mile as well as answer any questions I might have. As for lawn care- WOW.. we went from being the embarrassment on the block to being the lawn everyone envies. I have no weeds, grass in places we never had been able to grow it before.
