I will never again buy from Chem Tac, I would rather buy online or travel to a more professional tack store. When I went in for an exchange on a cinch I bought two weeks ago that was falling apart after 15 rides. Keep in mind, with the 80/90 degree heat, horses SWEAT and it was very dirty due to the horse SWEATING. They implied that I had used it more times than what I said which was very insulting. DO NOT SELL ADULT SADDLES ANYMORE AT STORE OR WEBSITE. HAVE OTHER TACK AND YOUTH SADDLES. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
